How to use it
Quick Start: Your First Steps
These steps will get your Launchpad account ready for bookings.
Complete Your Business Profile
Your business profile is your online presence on Launchpad. It’s where guests and partners will find information about you.
Go to My Business.
Fill in your business name, contact details, ABN, logo and a description of what you offer. This information often appears on booking confirmations and guest communications, so make it professional and accurate. Upload your logo for branding.
Add Your Experiences
Whether you run tours, offer accommodation, operate attractions or provide unique activities, Launchpad helps you define and showcase them.
Go to Experiences > Click Add Experience.
Give your experience a clear name (e.g., "Great Barrier Reef Snorkel Tour"). Write a description highlighting what makes your experience special. Upload high-quality images and videos. Specify experience types (e.g., tour, activity, rental), duration and any inclusions/exclusions.
Configure Availability and Pricing
Specify when your experiences are available and how much they cost.
From the experience creation screen, set your operating dates and times. You can define daily, weekly or seasonal schedules, as well as specific session times. Block out any dates you're closed or fully booked. Define your base prices, child rates, concession rates, group pricing and any add-ons. Adjust rates based on demand or season.
Set Up Payment Gateways
To receive payments:
Go to Settings > Payments.
Connect your preferred payment provider (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Square). Follow the on-screen instructions to link your existing account or set up a new one. Ensure your bank details are correct to receive payouts.
Integrate Your Booking Widget/Website
Let customers book directly from your website.
Go to Settings > Booking Widgets (or similar, depending on the exact naming).
Launchpad provides code for a booking widget or a direct booking link. Copy this code and paste it into your website's HTML where you want the booking functionality to appear. This allows customers to book 24/7. If you don't have a website, Launchpad can provide a basic booking page.

Secure Payment Processing
Offer your guests a secure checkout experience. Integrate with payment gateways to accept credit cards, digital wallets and other payment methods. Manage deposits, full payments and refunds directly within the platform.
Channel Manager Integration
Connect to Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) like Viator, GetYourGuide and Expedia. The channel manager ensures your availability and pricing are synchronised across all platforms.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Build relationships with your guests. Launchpad stores guest details, booking history and communication logs, allowing you to personalise interactions, follow up and encourage repeat business.
Reporting and Analytics

Equip your website with a booking engine. Customise its look and feel to match your brand, offering a direct booking experience.

Dashboard
The Dashboard provides an overview of daily operations, showing upcoming bookings, recent activity, key performance metrics and important notifications.
Main Menu
The Main Menu provides access to all major sections of Launchpad:
Dashboard: Returns to your overview.
Bookings: Manages all bookings.
Experiences: Creates, edits and manages your offerings.
Guests: Accesses your guest database.
Reports: Provides business analytics.
Marketing: Sets up promotions, gift vouchers and email campaigns.
Settings: Configures your business profile, payment gateways, users and integrations.
Sub-Menus and Tabs
Within each main section, sub-menus or tabs help you navigate specific functionalities. For example, under Experiences, you might have tabs for Details, Availability, Pricing and Images.
Search
Use the Search Bar to quickly find a specific booking, guest or experience. Type in a name, booking ID or keyword.
Contextual Help and Tooltips
Hover over the question mark (?) or info (i) icons for helpful tooltips.
Settings Icon
The Settings icon (⚙️) provides access to account configurations, user management and other adjustments.
