Get started with Launchpad and streamline your tourism business operations. Set up your business profile, add your first experience, configure availability and pricing, connect your payment gateway, and invite your team members. This allows you to quickly take bookings and manage your business efficiently.

Accessing this feature

How to use it

Setting Up Your Business Profile

  1. Go to My Business.

  2. Fill in all your essential details: business name, contact information, address, ABN, and upload your logo. This information appears on your booking confirmations, invoices, and your public booking page.

Adding Your First Experience

  1. Go to Experiences.

  2. Click Add Experience.

  3. Provide a compelling description, upload photos, set your experience type (e.g., tour, accommodation, activity), and define booking options (e.g., per person, per room, per hour).

Configuring Availability and Pricing

  1. Once your experience is created, go to its details page.

  2. Find the Availability & Pricing tab.

  3. Set up your operating hours, specific dates, or seasonal availability.

  4. Define your pricing tiers (e.g., adult, child, family rates) and any special conditions.

Connecting Your Payment Gateway

  1. Go to Settings > Payments.

  2. Choose from our integrated payment partners (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Square) and follow the prompts to connect your existing account or set up a new one.

Inviting Your Team Members

  1. Go to Settings > Team.

  2. Click Add New User and invite your staff members, assigning them appropriate roles and permissions (e.g., Administrator, Booking Manager, Guide).

Tips

  • A complete profile builds trust with your guests and ensures all your communications are professional and on-brand.

  • High-quality listings attract more bookings.

  • Accurate availability prevents overbookings and ensures guests can book exactly what they want, when they want it.

  • Correct pricing maximises your revenue.

  • Empower your team to manage bookings, check guests in, and update information efficiently, all while maintaining control over who can access what.
