The Launchpad is your central hub for managing your tourism business on our platform. It provides an overview of your business performance and gives you access to tools for managing your profile, marketing, bookings and accessing helpful resources. For example, you can quickly update your business details to ensure guests always have the latest information.

Once you log in to your Tourism Accelerator account, you will automatically land on your personalised Dashboard. If you navigate away and want to return, click Dashboard in the main navigation menu, or go directly to: https://launchpad.tourismaccelerator.com.au after logging in.

When you first arrive, you’ll see your Dashboard. This provides a quick overview of your business. Here, you might see summaries such as recent activity, statistics about your business’s performance, or notifications. Take a moment to explore and familiarise yourself with it.

On the left-hand side of your screen, you’ll see the Main Navigation Menu. This is your key to accessing all the different parts of the Launchpad. You'll typically see labels like:

Each of these buttons leads you to a specific area of the platform.

Click on one of the main menu items, like My Business. You can update your business profile, add team members, and manage your service offerings.

Note: Look for sub-menus or tabs within each section. For example, under My Business, you might see tabs like Profile Details, Team Members, and Service Listings. These help keep things well-organised.

Look towards the top right-hand corner of your screen. You’ll usually find your Profile Icon (it might be your initial or a small picture). Clicking on this icon will open a menu where you can access your personal settings, change your password, or update your contact details.

If you cannot find something, there might be a Search Bar available (often near the top of the page) that can help you find it quickly.

To log out, click your profile icon in the top right.
