Completion certificates recognise successful completion of courses and modules within Tourism Accelerator. Tourism operators can use these certificates to showcase their team's expertise to build confidence with partners or demonstrate compliance with industry standards.
Accessing this feature
Log in to your Tourism Accelerator account at https://launchpad.tourismaccelerator.com.au. Your certificates are available from your main Dashboard.
How to use it
On the Certificates page, you'll see a list of all the courses or modules you've completed that offer a certificate. Each certificate will show the name of the course and the date of completion.
Scroll through the list and find the specific certificate you'd like to download.
Next to each completed course that has a certificate available, you'll see a button. It might say "Download Certificate" or have a download icon. Click that button.
What happens next may vary depending on your computer's settings and your web browser:
The certificate may open as a PDF file in a new tab in your web browser. From there, you can click a "download" or "print" icon within the PDF viewer to save it to your computer or print it out.
Your browser may automatically download the PDF file to your computer's "Downloads" folder.
Once you've saved it to your computer, you've successfully downloaded your certificate!
Tips
With your certificates, you can:
Store all your certificates in a folder on your computer or cloud storage to keep an organised record of your team's professional development.
Print them out and display them in your office, reception area, or staff room.
Distribute copies to the team members who completed the training.
Add them to professional development portfolios.
Provide them to stakeholders to demonstrate your team's qualifications.
Create a "Training Achievements" folder on your computer for your Tourism Accelerator certificates. Name it something like "Tourism Accelerator Training Certificates [Year]" so they're easy to find.
Review your team's completed certificates annually to inform performance reviews, identify skill gaps, or plan future training initiatives.
If the training is relevant to your customers or partners, consider mentioning your team's certifications to build confidence and trust. Always check any course-specific guidelines on sharing.
For larger teams, a "Wall of Fame" for completed certificates can be a motivating way to recognise everyone's efforts.
Take a moment to reflect on what you learned from the course and how you will use that knowledge to improve your tourism business.
