Accessing this feature
Go to Articles.
How to use it
Go to Articles. You will land on the main Article Library page.
View available articles: Scroll through the list to find relevant articles. The articles are organised into categories such as "Marketing & Sales," "Operations," "Customer Service," and "Industry Insights."
Use the Search Bar: Type keywords such as "social media marketing", "booking systems", or "sustainability" into the Search Bar and press Enter. It is located at the top of the article list.
Filter by Category: Refine your options by clicking a category to view articles related to that area.
Open an Article: Click the title or thumbnail of an interesting article. The article will open in a new window.
Read and Learn: Read the content. The articles are written in clear language.
Navigate Back: Return to the main Article Library page by using the browser's back button or a "Back to Articles" link within the article.
Tips
Develop a routine: Set aside time each week to browse new articles or revisit existing ones. Regular learning supports ongoing development.
Use specific keywords: For example, use "hotel marketing", "eco-tourism marketing", or "social media strategy" instead of just "marketing".
Explore all categories: Consider exploring other categories even with a specific focus. You may find articles with fresh perspectives or unexpected solutions.
Bookmark useful articles: Save useful articles in your browser's bookmarks or note the title for future reference. New content is regularly added, and existing articles remain available.
Implement what you learn: Apply the insights from the articles to your business. Apply the information.
