Score History tracks your business's performance scores over time. Tourism operators can use this to identify trends, track progress, and make informed decisions about where to focus resources. For example, you can compare your current digital marketing score to six months ago to identify areas for improvement.

How to use it

  1. Head to the Score History Page: Follow the "Accessing this feature" steps above. Once you click on "Score History", the page will load up, ready to show you your past performance.

  2. Take a Look at Your Overview: You will see a list or graph showing your scores over time. This includes:

  • Dates of your assessments: When you completed each evaluation.

  • The type of assessment: Was it a marketing assessment? An operational review?

  • Your score for that assessment: The number or percentage you achieved.

  • A trend indicator: Sometimes, you’ll even see a little arrow letting you know if this score was higher or lower than your previous one – very helpful!

  1. Filter Your View (Optional): You will notice options to filter your scores. These help you narrow down your search.

  • Filter by Date Range: To view a specific period, select a date range.

  • Filter by Assessment Type: To view a specific assessment type, select from the available options.

  • Sort by Score or Date: Click column headers to sort by score or date.

  1. Dive into the Details: For each entry in your Score History, you’ll usually see an option to View Details or just click directly on the score itself. This takes you to the full report for that assessment. This is where you can see all the specific details, including:

  • Your answers to each question.

  • Personalised recommendations that were given at the time.

  • Areas of strength and areas for improvement.

Tips

To maximise Score History, consider these tips:

  • Review Score History after completing assessments or at regular intervals to stay informed.

  • Spot trends, not just individual scores. Identify consistently strong or weak areas to understand the bigger picture.

  • Consider business activities around assessment times. For example, a new marketing campaign followed by a higher marketing score indicates success.

  • Set realistic goals based on past scores. For example, aim to increase operational efficiency from 70% to 80% by focusing on specific actions.

  • Acknowledge the hard work behind improved scores. Every step forward is a success.

  • If a score declines, view it as an opportunity to learn and re-evaluate. Investigate details and find solutions.
