The Experience List provides a complete overview of all your tourism offerings in one place. This allows tourism operators to quickly check details like pricing and availability, ensuring a smooth booking experience for guests. For example, you can easily identify experiences that need updating before launching a new marketing campaign.

How to use it
Arriving at Your Experience List:
Once you go to Experiences, you'll see a clear, organised list of all your experiences. Each experience will typically have a row or a card dedicated to it, showing some key information at a glance.
Scanning Your Experiences:
Take a moment to scroll through the list. You'll likely see things like:
The Experience Name (e.g., "Sydney Harbour Sunset Cruise", "Blue Mountains Bushwalking Tour", "Coastal Eco-Lodge Stay").
A quick summary or Description.
Perhaps the Price or price range.
Its Status (e.g., "Active", "Draft", "Archived").
The Date it was last updated.
Maybe a small Thumbnail Image so you can visually identify it.
Finding Specific Experiences:
If you have lots of experiences (which is fantastic!), you might want to find a particular one. Look for a Search bar (often at the top of the list).
You can type in a keyword, part of a name, or even an experience code, and the list will filter to show only matching items.
You might also see Filter options. These let you narrow down your list by things like experience type (e.g., "Tours", "Accommodation"), status, or even location. It’s a great way to tidy up your view!
Viewing More Details for an Experience:
To see all the details about a specific experience, click on the experience’s name or on a View Details button (you might see a small magnifying glass or an eye icon).
This will take you to a dedicated page for that experience, where you’ll find everything: the full description, all your uploaded photos and videos, pricing options, availability settings, any add-ons, and more. It’s your experience’s complete profile!
Going Back:
Once you've finished reviewing an experience's details, look for a Back button or an arrow, usually at the top of the page, to return to your main Experience List.
Tips
Make it a habit to pop into this section regularly. Perhaps once a month, or before a busy season, to ensure everything is accurate.
When you’re looking at your experiences, try to imagine you’re a potential guest. Is the information clear? Are the photos enticing? Does the pricing make sense? This perspective can help you spot areas for improvement.
Double-check your pricing, availability, and descriptions. Outdated information can lead to confusion and a less-than-perfect guest experience.
As you browse your experiences, do you see opportunities to bundle experiences together, create new packages, or update an older offering to make it fresh and exciting again? This view can spark some brilliant ideas!
Ensure your experience names and descriptions follow a consistent style and tone. This helps build your brand and makes it easier for guests to understand your offerings.
If you have many experiences, get comfortable with the search bar and filter options. They’re your best friends for quickly finding what you need without endless scrolling.
Before launching a new marketing campaign or special promotion, always use the Experience List to quickly verify that all the featured experiences are active, accurate, and ready to welcome bookings.
