Accessing this feature
Go to Tourism Products.
How to use it
From the Tourism Products page, click the experience name to open its details. Alternatively, update the status directly from the 'Status' column, if available.
In the experience editor, locate the "Status" or "Visibility" section, typically near the top or bottom, or within a 'Settings' tab.
Select "Published" from the status options (toggle switch or drop-down menu).
Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
The experience is now live and ready for bookings.
Tips
Review: Before publishing, double-check prices, photos, and information for accuracy.
Use Draft mode: Keep experiences hidden from guests while working on them by using the 'Draft' or 'Unpublished' status.
Seasonal offerings: Unpublish seasonal experiences at the end of the season and republish them when they become available again.
Marketing: Promote newly published experiences on social media, email lists, and your website.
Updates: Temporarily unpublish experiences before making significant changes to dates, prices, or details to avoid displaying incomplete information.
