The Communications Hub centralises important updates and notifications from Tourism Accelerator. Tourism operators can stay informed about account activity, new features, and helpful resources, ensuring they never miss critical information to optimise their business. This keeps all communications organised in one accessible location.

How to use it
Opening Your Communications Hub
Click on Communications in the left-hand menu.
You'll then see your main hub page, which is essentially your inbox for all messages.
Browsing Your Messages
On the main screen, you'll see a list of messages. These are typically arranged with the newest messages at the top, so you can easily catch up on the latest. Each message usually shows:
The sender: This might be "Tourism Accelerator Team," "Account Updates," or similar.
A subject line: Giving you a quick idea of what the message is about.
A date/time stamp: So you know when it was sent.
Reading a Message
To open and read any message, click on its subject line or anywhere on the message entry in the list. The message content will then expand or open in a new panel, allowing you to read the full details.
Marking Messages as Read/Unread
Once you've read a message, it will usually be automatically marked as "read" (often indicated by the text changing from bold to regular, or a little envelope icon changing). If you want to mark a message as unread again (perhaps you want to come back to it later, or it needs action), look for a small icon, often a closed envelope or a tick box, next to the message. Click this icon to toggle its status.
Filtering and Sorting Messages (if available)
Depending on how many messages you have, you might see options at the top of your message list to filter or sort them.
Filtering: You might be able to filter by "Read," "Unread," "Important," or "Archived" messages. This is handy for finding specific information quickly. Click on the filter option you'd like to apply.
Sorting: You might also have options to sort by "Date (Newest First)," "Date (Oldest First)," or "Sender." Click on the sorting option that suits you best.
Archiving Messages (if available)
For messages you've dealt with and don't need to see in your main inbox, you might have an "Archive" option. This moves the message out of your active view but keeps it stored safely in case you ever need to refer back to it. Look for an Archive button or icon when you have a message selected or open. Don't worry, archiving doesn't delete it!
Tips
Make it a regular check-in: Check your Communications Hub regularly. A quick glance once a day or a few times a week will ensure you're always up-to-date with the latest information from Tourism Accelerator.
Don't ignore notifications: If you see a little number badge on the Communications menu item, it means you have unread messages! Check them out. Important information might be waiting for you.
