  2. Look for the main menu on the left-hand side of your screen.

  3. Click on 'My Coaching'.

  4. Within the 'My Coaching' section, you'll see a few options.

  5. Click on 'Coaching History'.

How to use it

Viewing Your Session List

  1. Once you're on the Coaching History page, you'll see a list of all your past coaching sessions.

  2. Each entry will show you:

  • The date the session took place.

  • The coach you met with.

  • The main topic or focus of that particular session.

Selecting a Session to View Details

  1. To dive deeper into any specific session, click on the session entry you want to review.

  2. A new page or a pop-up window will appear, revealing details from that meeting.

  3. You'll typically see:

  • Session Summary: A brief overview of what was discussed.

  • Key Takeaways: The most important points and insights from your coach.

  • Action Items: A list of tasks you agreed to work on before your next session.

  • Resources: Any links to helpful articles, templates, or documents your coach shared with you.

  • Notes: Specific notes from your coach, or space for your own notes.

Going Back to Your List

  1. When you're finished reviewing a session, look for a Back to History button or an X to close the detailed view.

  2. This will take you back to your full list of sessions.

  3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for as many sessions as you like.
