You'll see a collection of course cards, each representing a different program.
Scroll through and see what interests you. Each card displays the course title, a brief description, and sometimes an indication of its duration or level.
To learn more about a specific program, click on its course card. This opens a dedicated page with details like learning objectives, content, and target audience.
Enrolling in a Program
After reviewing the program details on the course card, click the Enroll button (or Start Course if it's a free or introductory program).
You might see a quick confirmation message, and then the program is added to your "My Programs" section (found under the main Programs menu).
Starting and Accessing Your Enrolled Programs
Once enrolled, you can start the program immediately or return to it later.
To access your enrolled programs, go to Programs again, and then look for a sub-menu or filter option like "My Programs" or "Enrolled". This displays all the courses you've joined.
Click on the course card for the program you want to continue.
On the program's page, you'll now see a Resume or Start Course button. Click this to access the course material.
You'll be guided through the course content lesson by lesson. Most courses include videos, readings, quizzes, and practical exercises. Take it at your own pace!
Tracking Your Progress
As you move through a course, the system automatically saves your progress. If you need to take a break, you can pick up where you left off. You'll often see a progress bar on the course card or within the program itself, showing your progress.
Tips
Set Clear Goals: Before starting a program, consider what you hope to achieve. Do you want to improve online bookings or enhance visitor experience? Having a goal helps focus your learning.
Schedule Learning Time: Set aside dedicated time each week for training. Even 30 minutes to an hour can make a difference.
Take Notes: Keep a notebook or use a digital tool to jot down key takeaways and ideas for applying what you're learning to your business.
Discuss with Your Team: If you have staff, have them take relevant courses too. Discuss what you've learned and how you can implement new strategies together.
Apply What You Learn Immediately: Put your learning into practise. Even small changes can lead to significant improvements.
Don't Be Afraid to Revisit: If you find a lesson challenging, review it again. Repetition helps solidify understanding.
Explore Beyond Your Niche: Sometimes the most innovative ideas come from exploring topics outside your immediate expertise.
