How to use it
Adding a New Trade Partner
On the Trade Partner Management page, click Add New Partner or Create Partner.
Complete the form with the partner's details:
Partner Name: The name of the business (e.g., "Wanderlust Travel Agency").
Contact Person: The name of your main contact at that business (e.g., "Sarah Jones").
Email Address: The best email to reach your contact person or the general business email.
Phone Number: Their contact number.
Website: Enter it here.
Address: Their physical business address.
Partner Type (optional): Select their type (e.g., "Travel Agent," "Tour Operator," "Hotel") to categorise them.
Notes: Add extra details, like "Specialises in family holidays" or "Prefers evening calls."
Double-check the details.
Click the Save Partner or Create button.
Viewing and Updating Existing Partners
From the main Trade Partner Management page, view the list of partners.
To find a partner, use the Search bar or Filter by partner type.
Click the partner's name or the Edit button.
Make the necessary changes.
Click Save Changes to update their profile.
Deactivating or Removing a Partner
Find the partner in the list.
Click the partner's name or the Edit button.
Select Deactivate Partner, Archive Partner, or Delete.
Deactivate/Archive: Keeps the record for historical purposes and can be reactivated.
Delete: Permanently removes the record.
Confirm your choice.
Tips
Regularly check and update partner information.
Use the Notes field to store specific details about each partner.
