The Insider Portal allows you to manage your tourism business's presence in our marketplace. By keeping your details, photos, and availability current, you ensure travellers can easily discover and book your experiences, leading to increased bookings.

The Insider Portal allows you to manage your tourism business's presence in our marketplace. By keeping your details, photos, and availability current, you ensure travellers can easily discover and book your experiences, leading to increased bookings.

Accessing this feature

Go to the Insider Portal via this link: https://launchpad.tourismaccelerator.com.au/insider. Bookmark the page in your web browser for easy access.

How to use it

  1. Head to the Insider Portal by clicking the link above or typing it into your browser's address bar.

  2. Enter the email address you used when you signed up.

  3. Enter your password. If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link to reset it.

  4. Click the Log In button.

  5. Once logged in, you'll see your dashboard.

  6. Look for a menu item like "My Listings", "My Experiences", or "Profile". Click on it.

  7. Click on the specific listing or your main business profile that you want to update.

  8. Click the Edit or Manage button (often a pencil icon).

  9. You can now update the following information:

  • Description: Update your business story and what makes your experience unique.

  • Photos & Videos: Upload high-quality images and videos.

  • Contact Information: Check your phone number, email, and website are correct.

  1. As you make changes, some sections might have a Save button. Save as you go.

  2. When you're happy with your updates, click Save Changes, Update Listing, or Publish.

Tips

  • Regularly check your portal (e.g., monthly) to ensure all information is accurate.

  • Use professional-looking photos that showcase your unique selling points.

  • Tell a story in your description to paint a picture of the amazing experience you offer.

  • Highlight what makes your business special, such as local knowledge or a unique location.

  • Check your contact information is correct.

  • Experiment with different photos or descriptions to see what resonates most with your audience.
