connects your Outlook calendar with Tourism Accelerator. This helps you avoid double bookings by automatically marking you as unavailable in Tourism Accelerator when you have appointments in Outlook. For example, if you schedule a family picnic in Outlook, it will block out that time in Tourism Accelerator, preventing new bookings.

How to use it
On the Integrations page, find the 'Outlook Calendar Sync' card.
Click the Connect or Enable button.
A new window will pop up, asking you to sign into your Microsoft account (your Outlook account).
Enter your email address and password for your Outlook account.
Microsoft will show you a list of permissions that Tourism Accelerator is requesting.
Click Accept or Allow.
Select the calendar you want to synchronise with Tourism Accelerator.
Set your synchronisation preferences:
Two-way sync: Events created in Tourism Accelerator will appear in Outlook, and events created in Outlook will appear in Tourism Accelerator.
One-way sync (Outlook to Tourism Accelerator): Only events from Outlook will show up and block availability in Tourism Accelerator.
One-way sync (Tourism Accelerator to Outlook): Only Tourism Accelerator bookings will appear in your Outlook calendar.
Click the Save or Activate Sync button.
You will see a confirmation message letting you know the sync is active.
Tips
View all your bookings: See your Tourism Accelerator bookings appear directly in your chosen Outlook calendar, complete with details like guest name and booking type.
Block out personal time: If you have a doctor's appointment, a family holiday, or need some personal time, add it to your Outlook calendar. It will automatically show as 'unavailable' in Tourism Accelerator, preventing new bookings during those times.
Manage availability from one place: You can manage your overall availability by adding or modifying events in either Tourism Accelerator or Outlook, knowing they'll update across both.
Reduce manual updates: Say goodbye to manually updating your availability in two different systems. The sync handles it for you!
Enhance guest experience: Always show accurate, up-to-the-minute availability to your potential guests, leading to fewer booking errors and a smoother experience for them.
