Accessing this feature
Go to Settings > Integrations > Webhooks
How to use it
On the Webhooks page, click + Add New Webhook.
Enter a descriptive name in the Name field.
Enter the destination URL in the URL field. This is the unique address provided by the other system (e.g., your CRM).
Select the events that trigger a message, such as Booking Created, Booking Updated, Booking Cancelled, or Guest Profile Updated.
If required by the destination system, enter a Secret Key or Signature Key in the Secret Key field.
Click the Save button.
Test the connection by performing the selected event or by using the Send Test button (if available). Verify the message arrives successfully in the destination system.
Tips
Ensure the destination URL is copied correctly to avoid errors.
Use descriptive names for your webhooks to easily identify their purpose.
Test your webhooks thoroughly after setup to ensure they are functioning correctly.
