The Program Content Editing feature allows you to update details for your tours, activities and packages. Keeping your program information current ensures guests have accurate details, attracting more bookings and showcasing your offerings effectively. For example, you can update pricing, add new photos, or adjust itineraries to reflect new experiences.
Accessing this feature
Go to Programs in the main navigation menu.
How to use it
Go to the Programs section.
Locate the program you want to change. Use the search bar or filters if you have many programs.
Click the Edit button next to the program's name. This opens the program's editing screen.
Explore the editing sections, typically organised into tabs or sections:
Overview: Main title, description, and key highlights.
Itinerary: Day-by-day or step-by-step journey.
Pricing & Options: Costs, inclusions, and booking tiers.
Gallery: Uploading and managing photos and videos.
Availability: Setting booking dates and times.
SEO & Marketing: Optimising how your program appears in search engines.
Make your changes:
Text Fields: Click into the text box and start typing or editing. Use basic formatting tools (bold, italics, bullet points) to make your text readable and engaging.
Image Uploads: In the "Gallery" section, find the Upload Image button. Click this to select new photos from your computer, or drag and drop them. Ensure your images are high-quality.
Pricing & Numbers: Click on the relevant field and type in the new value to update prices, minimum/maximum numbers, or durations.
Checkboxes & Dropdowns: Tick the box or select from the dropdown menu for options like "Included" features or specific categories.
Click the Save button to save your changes.
Click the Preview button (if available) to see how your updated program will appear to guests.
Tips
Review your programs regularly for seasonal updates or new local attractions.
Use bright, clear, and engaging images that capture the essence of your experience.
Keep your descriptions readable, using bullet points for key features and highlights. Highlight the guest experience.
Proofread your updated content.
Instead of listing what's included, tell your guests why it's great. "Savour a delicious local lunch, giving you a true taste of our region's culinary delights" is more effective than "Enjoy a delicious local lunch".
Click the Save button.
Always check how your changes look on the live site or in the preview mode.
