The program invitation feature allows you to directly invite potential participants to your programs. This helps tourism operators fill programs efficiently by targeting interested individuals, leading to increased enrolment and community engagement.
Accessing this feature
Go to Programs > Enrolled or Go to Programs > New.
How to use it
Go to Programs.
Select Enrolled or New.
Find the program you want to invite participants to.
Click on the program name to access the program's details page.
Look for a tab or section labelled Participants or Invites.
Click the Send Invites or Invite New Participants button.
Sending Invitations
On the 'Invite Participants' page, click the New Invitation or Send New Invites button.
Add recipients by entering email addresses in the provided field.
For individual invites: Type one email address at a time, pressing Enter or Add after each.
For multiple invites: Paste a list of emails, ensuring each email is on a new line or separated by commas.
Craft your message:
Subject Line: Create a clear and engaging subject line, such as "An Exclusive Invitation to Our [Program Name]!".
Body Message: Write a friendly message that briefly explains the program, its benefits, and a clear call to action. Include a personal greeting, a description of the program, a registration link, and your contact information.
Review your invitation:
Check the recipient list for accuracy.
Ensure the message is clear, friendly, and free of typos.
Use the Preview button to see how the invitation will appear in the recipient's inbox.
Click the Send Invites or Send button.
A confirmation message will appear, indicating that your invitations have been sent.
Tips
Invite individuals or groups by adding their email addresses.
Customise the subject line and body of your invitation message.
Track the status of your invitations to see if they have been sent and opened.
Resend invitations to those who haven't responded.
Manage your invite list to avoid sending duplicate invitations.
