What This Does

Running a tourism business means you've got a million things on your plate, right? From welcoming guests to managing bookings, finding time to write captivating blog posts, website descriptions, or social media updates can feel like another mountain to climb.

This is where our AI Article Generation tool swoops in to help! Simply put, it's a clever feature that uses artificial intelligence (think of it as a very smart computer program) to help you create written content quickly and easily. Instead of staring at a blank page, you can give the AI a few ideas, and it will help you craft articles, descriptions, and more, all tailored to your business.

How to Get There

Don't worry, finding this feature is super simple!

  1. First things first, log in to your Tourism Accelerator Launchpad – that's your main hub for all things awesome.

  2. Once you're in, look for the main menu on the left-hand side of your screen.

  3. Click on 'Content'.

  4. From the Content menu, you'll see a few options. Go ahead and click on 'AI Article Generator'.

And voilà! You'll be right where you need to be to start creating amazing content.

Step-by-Step Guide

Ready to give it a go? Let me show you how easy it is to generate your first article!

  1. Start a New Article: Once you're on the AI Article Generator page, you'll see a button that says 'Generate New Article'. Give that a friendly click!

  2. Tell the AI Your Topic: You'll see a simple form appear. This is where you give the AI a little direction.

    • Article Topic: In this box, type in the main subject of your article. For example, "Best things to do in the Blue Mountains in autumn," "Why our eco-tours are perfect for families," or "The history of our charming bed and breakfast." Be as specific as you can!

    • Keywords (Optional, but helpful!): Here, you can add a few extra words or phrases that you'd like the AI to include. Think about what people might search for to find your business. For instance, "family-friendly," "adventure," "local produce," "sustainable tourism." Separate each keyword with a comma.

    • Target Audience: Who are you writing this for? Families, solo travellers, luxury seekers, budget adventurers? This helps the AI tailor the language.

    • Desired Tone: How do you want the article to sound? Fun and energetic, informative, relaxing, luxurious, adventurous? Pick the one that best suits your brand!

    • Approximate Length: Do you need a short social media blurb or a longer blog post? You can choose from options like 'Short & Sweet' (around 200 words), 'Standard Article' (around 500 words), or 'Detailed Post' (around 800 words).

  3. Click 'Generate Article': Once you've filled in these details, simply click the 'Generate Article' button.

  4. Review and Refine: The AI will work its magic for a few moments, and then your article will appear! Read through it carefully.

    • Make it yours: This is your chance to add your unique voice, specific details about your business (like tour times, prices, or special offers), and any personal touches that make your business special.

    • Edit as needed: Feel free to change words, rephrase sentences, or add new paragraphs. The AI is a starting point, and you're the expert on your business!

    • Need another option? If the first draft isn't quite what you're looking for, you can often click 'Generate Another Version' to get a fresh perspective.

  5. Save Your Work: Happy with your masterpiece? Click the 'Save' button. You can then copy and paste your article to your website, blog, or social media platforms.
