The Strategy Guide Uploader allows you to store essential business plans and strategies as PDF documents within Tourism Accelerator. This centralisation ensures your team can easily access the most up-to-date marketing plans, operational guides, and crisis management protocols, improving team collaboration and efficiency. By keeping all your key strategies in one secure location, you can ensure everyone is working from the same playbook.
Accessing this feature
Go to Resources > Strategy Guides
How to use it
Go to Resources > Strategy Guides.
On the 'Strategy Guides' page, click the button labelled Upload New Strategy or Add Document.
Fill in the details in the form:
Document Title: Give your strategy a clear and descriptive name (e.g., "Summer Marketing Campaign 2024" or "Visitor Safety Protocols - Version 3").
Description: Add a short summary of what the document contains (e.g., "This PDF outlines our complete marketing plan for the upcoming summer season" or "Our step-by-step guide for handling unexpected situations during tours").
Choose File: Click the Choose File or Browse button, select the PDF document you want to upload, and click Open or Select.
(Optional) Access Level: Choose who can view this document (e.g., 'Team Only' or 'Admins Only').
Click the Upload or Save button.
Tips
Use consistent naming conventions for your documents (e.g., "Marketing Plan - Q3 2024").
Use descriptions fully to summarise the document's content.
Regularly update your uploaded documents to ensure the version in Tourism Accelerator is the most current one.
Use this feature for any important PDF that guides your business, such as marketing plans, operational procedures, visitor safety protocols, and staff handbooks.
