Open your chosen strategy: Click on your strategy's title to open its main page.

Click Share Options.

Choose 'Share with Organisations': A pop-up window or a new section appears, showing you different ways to share your guide. Click the option that says Share with Organisations. This allows you to send your guide directly to other businesses on the Tourism Accelerator platform.

Select the organisations: You will see a search bar or a list. Find the specific organisations you want to share your guide with. Start typing the name of the organisation (e.g., "Great Barrier Reef Tours," "Regional Tourism Hub"). As you type, suggestions should appear. Click on the correct one to add it to your sharing list. You can add as many organisations as you like.

Add a personal message (optional): You will see a box where you can type a friendly note. This is a great chance to tell the recipient why you are sharing this specific guide and how you think it might help their business. A simple message like, "Thought this might be useful for your new international marketing push!" can make all the difference.

Review and click Share Now: Take a quick look to make sure you have selected the right organisations and that your message is correct. Once you are happy with everything, click the Share Now button.

Confirmation: You will see a message confirming your strategy has been successfully shared.
