Go to Cruise > Arrivals
How to use it
Open Your Arrivals Guide: Go to your chosen Arrivals Guide.
Find the Add New Arrival Button: Look for a prominent button that says Add New Arrival or Add Cruise Arrival. Click it.
Fill in the Cruise Details: A new form will appear, asking for the cruise information.
Arrival Type: Select "Cruise Ship".
Cruise Ship Name: Enter the full name of the cruise ship (e.g., "Pacific Explorer," "Queen Elizabeth").
Arrival Date: Choose the arrival date from the calendar.
Arrival Time: Set the scheduled arrival time.
Departure Date (Optional): If the ship departs on the same day, leave it or select the same date. If staying overnight, select the departure date.
Departure Time: Set the scheduled departure time.
Docking Location / Port: Enter the specific port or pier name (e.g., "Station Pier, Melbourne," "Circular Quay, Sydney").
Estimated Passenger Count (Optional): Enter the passenger count.
Notes / Special Instructions: Add any extra information, such as:
"Shuttle bus service available to city centre."
"Special welcome desk near gangway."
"Booked tour groups meet at 9:00 AM at the blue flag."
"Expect large crowds between 9 AM - 11 AM."
Link to Experiences / Tours (Optional): Link to shore excursions or local experiences.
Review Your Details: Double-check all entered information.
Save Your New Arrival: Click the Save or Publish Arrival button. Done! Your new cruise arrival is now added to your Arrivals Guide.

Share the guide with your staff.
Share arrival details with local transport companies, restaurant partners, or other tourism operators.
Edit arrival details quickly if a cruise ship's schedule changes.
