Tips
Keep it concise and clear. Use short sentences, bullet points, and clear headings.
Use headings and bullet points. For example, use "Key Collection," "Wi-Fi Details," "Emergency Contacts" as headings.
Embrace visuals. If the system allows, upload photos of your entrance, the key lockbox, or a map.
Regularly review and update your guides every few months, or whenever something changes (like a new Wi-Fi password or a changed entry code).
Test it yourself. Read through your own Arrivals Guide on your phone. Does it make sense? Is everything easy to find? Could you follow the directions?
Add a personal touch. Start with a warm welcome message.
Consider different arrival scenarios. Does your property have self-check-in? Or do guests meet someone? Make sure your guide caters to the specific arrival process.
