Automatically fetch weather forecasts for guest arrivals. This feature allows you to provide proactive guest support by suggesting weather-appropriate activities and tailoring pre-arrival communications, enhancing the overall guest experience.

REQUIRES_DEVELOPER_INPUT - The correct navigation path needs to be verified.
How to use it
Activating the Integration
On the Weather Integration page, click to enable it.
Choosing Your Primary Location
Enter your business address, town, or region in the location field.
Select the most accurate location.
Setting the Forecast Window
Set how far in advance you want the weather to be fetched. A setting of 7 to 10 days prior to arrival is recommended.
Deciding Where to Display
Select where the weather information appears within your account, such as the Booking Details Page.
Saving Your Settings
Click Save.
Tips
Incorporate weather snippets into pre-arrival emails. For example: "Expect sunny skies, so don't forget a hat and sunscreen!" or "Rain is forecast, so pack a light jacket. We have cosy indoor activities planned!"
