The Mobile QR Check-in allows you to check in guests quickly using their booking QR code. This reduces queues and provides a professional experience, ensuring accurate check-ins and freeing up your team to focus on guest experiences. For example, scan a group booking's QR code to check in all members at once, eliminating manual entry.

Click QR Scanner.
How to use it
Open the Scanner: Once you've gone to the QR Scanner page, you'll see a screen that looks like a camera view. This is your scanner! You might be asked to give your browser permission to access your device's camera β click "Allow" so it can work.
Get Ready to Scan: Ask your guest to have their unique QR code ready, usually found in their booking confirmation email or digital ticket.
Position the QR Code: Hold your mobile device steady, pointing its camera at the guest's QR code. Centre the QR code within the frame on your screen.
Watch it Scan: The scanner will automatically scan the QR code. You'll hear a beep (if your device's sound is on) and instantly see the booking details on your screen.
Review Booking Details: You'll see:
The guest's name.
Their booking reference number.
The experience or tour they're booked for.
The date and time of their booking.
The number of people in their party.
The current check-in status (e.g., "Not Checked In").
