Booking links allow you to create direct booking URLs for your services. This lets guests book experiences with fewer clicks, increasing booking conversion rates. For example, share a booking link on social media to take guests directly to a booking page for a specific tour.

How to use it
Create a link:
On the 'Booking Links' page, click the Create New Booking Link button.
In the form that appears, enter a Name for your link for your reference. For example, "Sunset Kayak Tour - Facebook Post".
Click the dropdown labelled Service and choose the specific service, tour, or accommodation package.
If your service has different pricing options, adjust the price. Otherwise, it will use the default price.
Adding a short Description is recommended. This description is visible to guests, so make it appealing. Example: "Experience the breathtaking beauty of the Noosa Everglades at sunset. Kayak through serene waters and spot unique wildlife."
Customise Your Booking Page (Optional): You can select a specific Booking Page Template or Colour Scheme to match your brand.
Review the details.
When satisfied, click the Save button.
You have now created a direct booking link. You'll return to the 'Booking Links' page, where your new link is listed. Click the Copy Link button to copy the URL, ready to share.
Tips
Clear Calls to Action: When sharing a link, include a clear call to action, such as "Book your adventure now!"
Visual Appeal: Pair booking links with photos or videos of your experience.
Descriptive Link Names: Use descriptive names to remember where you shared the link (e.g., "Whale Watching - Instagram Story").
Test Your Links: Test each link to ensure it directs to the correct booking page.
Highlight Availability (If Applicable): Mention limited spots or specific dates to create urgency, such as "Only 3 spots left!"
Consider the Guest Journey: Tailor the message to the platform where the link is shared. Keep it concise for social media and more detailed for email.
Experiment: Try different wording, images, and sharing locations to find what works best.
