Using segmented lists

With segmented lists, you can:

  • Send targeted email campaigns with special offers, updates, or tips.

  • Create custom marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook or Google Ads.

  • Analyse customer segments to understand buying habits and preferences.

  • Personalise follow-ups after a guest visits.

  • Improve guest experience by tailoring on-site experiences.

Tips

  • Start with 2-3 key segments, such as "First-Time Visitors" or "Repeat Bookers".

  • Use clear list names, such as "Guests who booked Kayaking Tour in Feb 2024" instead of "Kayakers".

  • Review and update lists periodically to ensure accuracy.

  • Consider the different stages of the guest journey when creating lists.

  • Combine criteria for precision. For example, "Guests who booked a family package" AND "are from Sydney".
