Accessing this feature
Go to Trade > Partners > New
How to use it
Go to Trade > Partners > New.
Click the + New button.
Complete the form with the following details:
Partner Organisation Name: This is the official name of the business you're partnering with (e.g., "The Grand Hotel," "Coastline Adventures Travel").
Contact Person Name: Enter their name.
Contact Email: Enter their email address.
Contact Phone Number: Enter their phone number.
Address: Enter the partner's physical address.
Website: Add their website for quick reference (optional).
Description: Add a description of the partner's business or collaboration (optional).
Define the commission rate for the partner's bookings. You can set a default rate or specific rates for different experiences. You can save and adjust this later.
Select the tours, experiences, or accommodations the partner can sell by ticking the corresponding boxes.
Review the entered information and click Save.
The new partner now appears in your list of trade partners.
