Accessing this feature

Go to Trade > Partners

How to use it

Adding a New Partner

  1. Go to Trade > Partners.

  2. Click the New button.

  3. Partner Name: Enter the name of the business you're partnering with (e.g., "Ocean Breeze B&B" or "Adventure Tours Co.").

  4. Contact Person: Enter the name of your main contact at this organisation.

  5. Contact Email: Enter the best email address to reach your contact.

  6. Contact Phone: Enter their direct phone number.

  7. Partner Website (Optional): Add their website for quick reference.

  8. Partnership Type (Optional): Select the type of partnership (e.g., accommodation provider, activity operator, restaurant).

  9. Notes: Add any important information, such as the partnership start date or specific agreement terms.

  10. Review the details and click Save.

Editing an Existing Partner

  1. Go to Trade > Partners.

  2. Find the partner you want to update in the list.

  3. Click the Edit button next to their name.

  4. Update any field, such as the contact person or phone number.

  5. Click Save to store your updates.

What You Can Do

  • Add new partner profiles.

  • Keep partner details current, including contact information and notes.

  • View a comprehensive list of all your partners.

  • Keep detailed notes about agreements and reminders within each partner's profile.

  • Organise and categorise partners by partnership type (e.g., Accommodation, Activity, Retail).

  • Quickly search for partners by name or keyword.

  • Maintain a historical record of past collaborations for future reference.

Tips

  • Proactively update partner information when you hear about changes.

  • Use the notes section to record key dates, agreement terms, and meeting outcomes.

  • Categorise partners by partnership type (e.g., Accommodation Partner, Marketing Affiliate, Local Supplier) to easily filter your list.

  • Consider the importance of each partnership to focus on relevant information and nurture the relationship.

  • Periodically review your partner network to identify thriving relationships and new opportunities.
