How to use it

Browsing Your Contract Overview

  1. [Steps will be added here once the correct navigation path is verified]

  2. You'll immediately see a clear list of all your contracts. For each contract, you'll typically see a summary of key information, such as:

  • The name of the partner organisation.

  • The type of contract (e.g., "Wholesale Agreement," "Service Provider Agreement").

  • The start date and end date of the agreement.

  • Its current status (e.g., "Active," "Expired," "Pending Review").

  • A unique reference number.

Finding a Specific Contract (Optional)

  1. If you have many contracts, you might see a search bar or filter options at the top of the list.

  2. You can use these to quickly find a particular contract by typing in a partner's name or a keyword from the contract type.

Viewing Contract Details

  1. To dive deeper into any specific contract, click on its name in the list.

  2. This will open up a dedicated page for that contract, where you'll be able to see:

  • The full details of the agreement.

  • Any associated documents or attachments.

  • Contact information for the partner organisation.

  • A full history of changes or notes related to that contract.

Returning to the List

  1. When you're finished reviewing a contract's details, look for a "Back to List" or "Close" button, usually at the top or bottom of the page, to return to your main contracts overview.

Tips

  • Make it a Regular Check-In: Just like you check your bookings or your finances, try to make it a habit to review your contracts list regularly. Even a quick glance once a month can help you spot upcoming expiry dates or ensure everything is running smoothly.

  • Use it for Planning: Seeing your contract end dates clearly can be a fantastic way to plan for the future. You'll know exactly when to start discussions about renewals or when to explore new partnership opportunities.

  • Keep it Up-to-Date: If you're also using Tourism Accelerator to manage your contracts, always ensure you upload the latest versions or add notes about any amendments. A well-maintained contract list is your best friend!

  • Understand Your Commitments: This feature isn't just for finding documents; it's a tool to help you understand your business's obligations and opportunities with your partners. Use it to familiarise yourself with the terms of your agreements.

  • Combine with Other Features: Think about how your contracts link to other parts of your business, like your pricing or marketing efforts. A strong understanding of your agreements can inform many other decisions.
