Accessing rate sheets ensures you have up-to-date information for accurate quotes and effective planning. This helps tourism operators confidently manage pricing and collaborate with partners.

How to use it

Select Your Product's Pricing & Rates Tab:

  1. After following the "How to Get There" steps, you should be on your product's detail page, with the Pricing & Rates tab active.

  2. You'll likely see an overview of your general pricing here.

Find the 'View Rate Sheet' Option:

  1. Within the Pricing & Rates tab, you'll find an option or button for viewing the detailed rate sheet.

  2. This might be labelled View Detailed Rate Sheet, Manage Rates, or Rates.

  3. Click that button.

Review Your Rate Sheet Details:

  1. A new section or a pop-up window will appear, displaying a table or list of your rates.

  2. The rate sheet will present your pricing in a structured way.

  3. You'll see columns for:

  • Date Range / Season: Showing when specific prices apply (e.g., "High Season: Dec-Feb," "Off-Peak: May-Aug").

  • Guest Type / Tier: Such as "Adult," "Child," "Senior," or different price points for "Standard," "Premium."

  • Price: The cost per person or per booking.

  • Minimum/Maximum Guests: Limits that apply to the booking.

  • Inclusions: What's covered in that price (e.g., "Lunch included," "Equipment hire").

  • Exclusions: What's not covered (e.g., "Transfers not included").

  • Availability Notes: Notes about when these rates are applicable or any blackout dates.

  1. Read through all the information presented.

Download or Print (Optional):

  1. If you need a copy to share, you might see options like Download CSV, Export to PDF, or Print.

  2. Clicking download will save a file directly to your computer. Printing will open your computer's print dialogue.

Close

Once you're done, close the window.

Tips

  • Regularly review your rate sheets to ensure accuracy.

  • Use the download option to keep records of your pricing.
