allows you to create customisable PDFs of your pricing for products and services. This feature enables you to easily share professional, branded pricing information with travel agents and partners, ensuring they have the most up-to-date details to promote your experiences. Rate sheets also provide offline access to your rates for internal organisation.

Accessing this feature

Go to [Section] > [Subsection]

How to use it

  1. Click the + Generate New Rate Sheet button.

  2. Select the products or services to include. Tick the box next to Select All Products to include everything, or choose individual items by ticking the boxes next to their names.

  3. Set the date range for the rates. Select a Start Date and End Date using the calendar icons. If you have rate seasons set up, select the specific Rate Seasons to include.

  4. Choose the currency in the Currency dropdown (e.g., Australian Dollar (AUD)). Under Rate Types, select the rate types to show (e.g., Adult, Child, Senior, Family).

  5. Customise the details to appear on the sheet. Select options such as Include Product Descriptions, Show Images, and Display Terms & Conditions.

  6. Enter a descriptive name for the rate sheet in the Rate Sheet Title field (e.g., "2024 Wholesale Rates" or "Summer Family Packages").

  7. Click the Generate Rate Sheet button. The generated rate sheet will appear in a list with its title, generation date, and a button to Download PDF.

  8. Click the Download PDF button to open the rate sheet in a new tab or download it to your computer. You can then save, print, or email the file.

Tips

  • Target your audience: Consider the recipient of the rate sheet. Include more detailed information for travel agents and keep it concise for quick reference at your front desk.

  • Seasonal updates: Generate new rate sheets whenever your pricing changes or at the start of a new season to ensure everyone has the most up-to-date information.

  • Digital and print: These PDFs are great for printing, emailing to partners, or linking on your B2B section of your website.

  • Combine products: If you offer packages, create a rate sheet that bundles those specific products together to make it easier for agents to sell your complete experiences.

  • Review before distributing: Review the generated PDF before sending or printing to ensure everything looks correct.
