How to use it
Go to the 'Proposals' page. You will see a list of all your proposals, each with a client name, status, and other details.
Find the proposal you want to edit using the search bar or filters.
On the right-hand side of the row for that proposal, click the Edit icon (usually a small pencil or gear symbol).
You will be taken to the proposal editing screen, where you can adjust the details of your proposal.
Make your changes:
Update the client details.
Adjust the dates or times.
Add, remove, or modify services, activities, or products.
Change the pricing.
Update any notes or special instructions.
Refine the terms and conditions or payment schedule details.
Double-check everything.
Click the Save or Update Proposal button.
You can send the updated proposal to your client or save it for later.

Communicate Clearly: If you are making significant changes, speak with your client first.
Proofread! Check for typos, incorrect dates, or pricing errors.
Use Templates: Use proposal templates for common packages and customise them.
Save Regularly: Click Save periodically.
