How to use it
Once you click on Templates, you will see a page filled with different template cards. Each card represents a unique design or style of proposal template that you can use.
Scroll down to look at all the different templates. There is a variety to suit different types of tourism businesses and experiences, from adventure tours to luxury retreats, and even family-friendly packages.
To make things even easier, you might notice a "Filter" or "Category" dropdown menu, usually near the top of the template list. If you click on this, you can narrow down the templates by type (e.g., 'Adventure', 'Relaxation', 'Corporate Events'). This is very useful if you know the general vibe you're going for!
To view a template, on each template card, you'll see either the template's name as a clickable link, or a dedicated Preview button (sometimes it looks like a little eye icon!). Click either of those.
When you click Preview, a new window or pop-up will appear, showing you the full layout of the template. This is your chance to see how the cover page looks, the flow of the content, where images are placed, and the overall design. Imagine your own content in there!
Once you've reviewed it, click the Close button (often an 'X' in the corner or a Back button) within the preview window to return to your main template library.
Preview as many templates as you like. The more you explore, the better idea you'll get of what styles align with your brand and the types of proposals you send out. It's all about finding the perfect fit for your incredible offerings!

Select a template as the starting point for a brand-new proposal, saving you hours of design work (you'll do this from the 'Create New Proposal' section, but it all starts with viewing these options!).

Think About Your Audience: Who are you sending proposals to? Are they adventure seekers, luxury travellers, or families? Preview templates with their preferences in mind. A template with bold, dynamic imagery might be perfect for an adventure tour, while a clean, elegant design might suit a wellness retreat.
Match Your Brand Vibes: While our templates are gorgeous, think about which ones naturally align with your business's existing colours, fonts, and overall brand personality. You can always customise them later, but starting with a good base saves time.
Don't Be Afraid to Mix and Match (Mentally!): You might love the cover of one template and the pricing section of another. Use the "View Templates" feature to gather inspiration. It's okay to take ideas from different templates to build your ideal proposal.
Experiment with Different Services: If you offer a range of services (e.g., day trips, multi-day tours, corporate events), try to identify a preferred template for each. This helps you quickly select the right starting point every time.
Consider the 'Story' You Want to Tell: A great proposal tells a story. As you preview templates, think about how the layout guides the reader through your offering. Does it build excitement? Is it easy to digest?
Note Your Preferred Templates: As you browse, make a mental note (or even a physical one!) of your top 2-3 preferred templates. This will speed up your decision-making process when you're ready to create a new proposal.
