How to use it
Creating a Brand New Template:
Click the Create New Template button, usually in the top right-hand corner.
Enter a descriptive name for your template, such as "Welcome Email for New Bookings", "Follow-up After Tour β Kayaking", or "Special Offer β Winter Getaway". This helps you and your team find it easily.
Select a template type from the drop-down menu, such as:
Email: For detailed messages to guests.
SMS/Message: For short, quick messages.
Document: For itineraries or booking confirmations.
Type the content of your template in the text editor.
Use placeholders to automatically insert information. For example, use [Guest Name] instead of typing "Hi John Smith".
Click Insert Placeholder or Dynamic Fields. Common placeholders include [Guest Name], [Booking Date], [Tour Name], [Company Name], and [Contact Email].
Add your tone, information, and calls to action.
Review your template and click the Save button.
Editing an Existing Template:
Find the template you want to update.
Click the Edit button next to the template.
Make your changes in the template editor.
Click the Save button.
