How to use it

Finding Your Proposal List

  1. Go to the Proposals page. You'll see a list of all the proposals you've created.

  2. Each proposal will have a title, a recipient, a date, and a status.

Identifying Tracking Statuses

Take a look at the 'Status' column for each proposal. Here's what you'll typically see:

  • Draft: You're still working on it and haven't sent it yet.

  • Sent: You've sent it. Tracking begins.

  • Viewed: Your potential guest has opened the link to your proposal. You'll often see the date and time it was first viewed.

  • Accepted: Your guest has officially accepted your proposal.

  • Declined: The guest has formally declined the offer.

Diving Deeper

For more detail, click the title of any proposal. This opens the proposal's page, where you may find a 'Tracking History' section with a timeline of activities.

Tips

  • Follow up promptly when a proposal has been 'Viewed'. Send a friendly email or make a quick call within a day or two.

  • Analyse acceptance rates to see which types of proposals are most successful.

  • Use views as a temperature check. Multiple views may indicate a highly interested guest.

  • Stay organised by regularly checking your 'Proposals' list.
