allows you to break down large projects into smaller, achievable steps. This helps tourism operators stay organised and track progress, for example, when launching a new tour package, you can set milestones for website design approval, marketing campaign launch, and first tour booking.

How to use it
Adding a New Milestone
On the Milestones page, click Add New Milestone.
A form appears, prompting you for details.
Enter a clear, descriptive Milestone Name. For example, "Website Design Approved", "Marketing Campaign Launch", or "First Tour Booking".
Click the Target Date field, and a calendar appears, allowing you to pick a date.
Add a short, helpful Description of what this milestone involves. What needs to be done to consider this milestone complete?
If you have a team, you can assign this milestone to a specific team member who will be responsible for it. This helps everyone know their role!
Once you've filled in these details, click the Save Milestone button. Your first milestone is set and appears in your project's timeline.
Editing an Existing Milestone
Find the milestone in your list and click on its name or the Edit icon.
The form you used to create the milestone reappears, pre-filled with your current details.
Make any changes you need β perhaps the target date has shifted, or the description needs updating.
Click Save Milestone again.
Marking a Milestone as Complete
Next to each milestone in your list, you'll see a checkbox or a button that says Mark as Complete.
Click on it!
The milestone changes colour, gets a checkmark, or moves to a "Completed" section.
Tips
Break down large tasks into smaller, more achievable milestones. For example, instead of "Launch Website", you might have "Website Design Approved", "Content Written", "Payment Gateway Integrated", and then "Website Live".
Make sure each milestone is clear about what needs to be achieved. Instead of "Marketing", try "Social Media Strategy Finalised".
Set target dates that are achievable to avoid unnecessary stress. If you're unsure, consult with your team.
Regularly check your milestones page to stay up-to-date and adjust if necessary.
Share your milestones with your team. When everyone knows the plan, they can contribute more effectively and feel more invested in the project's success.
Adjust milestone dates or create new ones as needed. Flexibility is a strength!
Every time you mark a milestone complete, take a moment to acknowledge it! These achievements encourage progress towards the big goal.
