The Project Activity Feed tracks important actions within your Tourism Accelerator projects. Tourism operators can use it to monitor progress, identify responsible team members, and review historical data, ensuring transparency and accountability across all projects.
Accessing this feature
Go to Dashboard > Activity Feed
How to use it
Log in to your Tourism Accelerator Launchpad.
From your Dashboard, click on Activity Feed in the left-hand navigation menu.
You'll see a list of recent activities, with the newest ones at the top.
Each entry displays:
Who: This indicates who performed the action, such as 'Sarah from Marketing' or 'You'.
What: This describes the action taken, such as 'Updated the About Us page', 'Added a new image to the Coastal Tours project', or 'Changed the booking link for the Adventure Seekers package'.
When: This displays when the action occurred, such as '5 minutes ago', 'Yesterday at 3:00 PM', or a specific date and time.
Scroll down to view older activities and gain a comprehensive view of your project's history.
The Activity Feed automatically tracks actions; simply review it to stay updated.
The Activity Feed helps you stay informed and organised. You can:
Identify who made changes: See which team member was responsible for an update or action.
Track updates: Identify changes made to website content, marketing campaigns, or tour details.
Monitor progress: Get a chronological overview of project development.
Stay informed: Avoid unnecessary emails or calls by checking the feed for project status.
Improve team collaboration: See what colleagues are working on, fostering collaboration and transparency.
Review historical data: Review past activities to understand decisions, progress, or troubleshoot issues.

To maximise the Activity Feed's benefits:
Check regularly: Review the Activity Feed at the start or end of your workday to stay informed.
Use it for quick updates: Scan the feed before meetings or calls to refresh your memory on recent developments.
Delegate with confidence: Track delegated tasks without interrupting team members.
Understand team workflows: See what colleagues are focusing on to coordinate your work.
Use it as a project diary: Refer to the Activity Feed to recall when changes were made, aiding in auditing or reviewing decisions.
