Order History

The Order History provides a comprehensive overview of all your purchases from Tourism Accelerator. This allows you to easily track your investments in services and tools, aiding in financial planning and record-keeping for your tourism business.

The Order History provides a comprehensive overview of all your purchases from Tourism Accelerator. This allows you to easily track your investments in services and tools, aiding in financial planning and record-keeping for your tourism business. You can access invoices, verify transaction details, and stay organised.

Accessing this feature

Go to Business Tools > My Orders

OR

Go to Marketplace > My Orders

How to use it

See Your Order List

  1. When you first land on the page, you'll see a list of all your past orders.

  2. Each entry will show the Order Number, the Date of the purchase, a brief Description of what was bought, and the Total Amount. This gives you a quick snapshot of your history.

View Order Details

  1. To dive deeper into any specific order, click on the Order Number or the View Details button next to the order you’re interested in.

  2. This will open a new page with information about that transaction, including:

  • A breakdown of the items purchased

  • The quantity of each item

  • The individual price of each item

  • Any discounts that were applied

  • The final total

Download Your Invoice

  1. For most orders requiring payment, you'll see an option to download your invoice.

  2. Click the Download Invoice or Print Invoice button. This will generate a PDF document that you can save to your computer or print for your records.

  3. You can return to your main orders list at any time by clicking a Back to Orders button or by navigating back using your browser.

Tips

  • Visit your Order History regularly to stay aware of your spending and make sure your financial records are up-to-date.

  • After making a purchase, download the invoice and save it in a dedicated folder on your computer or cloud storage.

  • If you ever have a question about a charge from Tourism Accelerator, check your Order History to cross-reference the transaction details with your bank statement.

  • If you have a finance or administration team, make sure they know how to access this section (if your organisation's user roles allow) so they can assist with record-keeping and financial oversight.
