Click the Start Assessment or Continue Assessment button.
Explore the sections, each focusing on a key aspect of your business, such as 'Marketing & Sales', 'Operations & Service Delivery', 'Financial Health', 'Customer Experience', and 'Innovation & Sustainability'. A progress bar helps you keep track of your progress.
Answer the questions honestly, choosing the answer that best reflects your business right now.
Multiple Choice: Click on the option that fits best.
Rating Scales: Rate your business on a scale (e.g., from 1 to 5) for certain aspects.
Open Text Boxes: Elaborate on your experiences or plans.
