The Score Comparison Tool benchmarks your tourism business's performance against similar businesses. By comparing key metrics like website traffic and booking conversions, you can identify strengths, pinpoint areas for improvement, and make informed decisions to attract more guests. This allows you to refine your offerings and achieve your business goals with confidence.

Accessing this feature

Go to Analytics > Compare Scores

How to use it

  1. In the "Select Metrics" section, tick the boxes for the performance indicators you want to compare, such as:

  • Website Traffic

  • Booking Conversions

  • Social Media Engagement

  • Customer Satisfaction Scores

  • Average Spend per Guest

  1. Under "Choose Comparison Group", filter by:

  • Industry Type (e.g., Accommodation, Tour Operator, Attraction, Restaurant)

  • Business Size (e.g., Small, Medium, Large)

  • Geographical Region (e.g., Your State, Your Local Area, National)

  • Specific Niche (e.g., Eco-tourism, Adventure Travel, Luxury Experiences)

  1. Select your timeframe:

  • Last 30 Days

  • Last Quarter

  • Last 12 Months

  • Custom Range

  1. Click Generate Report or Compare Now.

  2. Review the report to see your business's performance compared to your chosen group.
