Action Plans provide personalised roadmaps for your tourism business. Review these plans to achieve your business goals, such as attracting more visitors or improving your online presence. Action Plans break down big ideas into manageable tasks, giving you a custom roadmap for success.

Accessing this feature

Go to Action Plans in the main navigation menu.

How to use it

  1. On the Action Plans page, you'll see a list of different plans.

  2. To dive into a specific plan, click on its title or the View Plan button.

  3. A new page will open, revealing the plan's details, including:

  • A clear overview of what the plan aims to achieve.

  • A list of recommended actions or steps.

  • Timelines or suggested phases for completing the actions.

  • Extra resources or helpful links.

  1. When you're finished reviewing a plan, click a Back to Plans button or use your browser's back arrow to return to the main list of your Action Plans.

Tips

  • Regular Review: Set aside time each week or fortnight to review your plans.

  • Detailed Review: Read through each action carefully. If something isn't clear, make a note of it and reach out for clarification.

  • Task Breakdown: If an action feels overwhelming, break it down into smaller tasks.

  • Team Collaboration: Share your Action Plans with your team to ensure everyone is aligned.

  • Align with Business Goals: Keep in mind how these actions contribute to your overall business goals.

  • Acknowledge Achievements: As you complete steps, acknowledge your hard work.

  • Seek Clarification: If you're stuck, or curious about an alternative approach, please reach out.
