Accessing this feature
From your Dashboard, go to the specific module where you've been working. Select the calculation or report you'd like to export. Look towards the top right-hand side of your screen for the Export button.
How to use it
Open the specific calculation or report you wish to export. For example, if you're exporting your 'Q1 2024 Revenue Projections', open the report.
Locate and click the Export button.
A window appears, giving you options for your export format:
PDF: PDF is ideal for sharing a static, professional-looking report. It maintains all your formatting and is great for printing or presenting.
Excel (or CSV): This option is useful if you want to analyse the data, perform custom analysis, create different charts, or share the raw numbers.
Click your preferred format.
You may see an option to name your file. Use a descriptive name such as "Sunshine Tours - 2024 Q1 Budget Summary" or "Coastal Retreat - Pricing Strategy Export". This simplifies finding your file later.
Once you've chosen your format and named it, click the Generate Report or Download button.
The file downloads to your Downloads folder. A notification appears in your browser.
Navigate to your Downloads folder to find your exported calculation.
Tips
Use PDF for presentation. It maintains formatting and looks professional.
Use Excel to analyse data, create charts, or merge with other spreadsheets.
Use descriptive file names.
Review your exported document before sharing. Ensure accuracy.
Save your changes in Tourism Accelerator. This ensures the exported document is up-to-date.
