How to use it

See Your Plan List

  1. When you first land on the "My Plans" page, you'll see a list of all the plans you've either created yourself or chosen to customise from our templates. Each plan will have a clear title, like "Summer Marketing Blitz 2024" or "Annual Business Development Plan."

Find Your Favourite Plan

  1. You might have many plans, and that's fantastic! To help you find the one you're looking for, you can use the Search Bar at the top of the list. Type in a keyword from your plan's title or description, and the list will filter automatically.

  2. You might also see options to Filter by plan type (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Finance) or by status (e.g., Active, Draft, Completed).

Open a Plan to View Details

  1. Once you've spotted the plan you want to review, click anywhere on that plan's row in the list. This will open up the plan's dedicated page, showing you all the details.

Explore the Plan's Content

Inside the plan, you'll see various sections. This might include:

  • Goals: What you're hoping to achieve.

  • Key Activities/Tasks: The steps you need to take.

  • Timelines: When things need to happen.

  • Resources: What you need to make it happen.

  • Progress Tracking: (If applicable) A visual representation of how far along you are.

Navigate Back

  1. To return to your full list of plans, look for the "Back to My Plans" button or a breadcrumb navigation link at the top of the page. It’s usually pretty obvious and easy to spot!

  2. You can repeat these steps for any plan you wish to view. It's designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, so you can focus on your business, not on figuring out the platform.

Tips

  • See all your business, marketing, and operational plans in one centralized place, eliminating the need to search through different documents or folders.

  • Easily open any plan to quickly refresh your memory on goals, tasks, and timelines, ensuring you're always aligned with your objectives.

  • Monitor progress: For plans that include tasks and progress tracking, you can quickly see how far along you are, helping you to identify what's on track and what might need a little extra attention.

  • Gain a whole understanding of your business's direction and current initiatives, making it easier to connect the dots between various projects.

  • With all your strategies at your fingertips, you can make more informed decisions, knowing exactly how new opportunities or challenges fit into your existing plans.

  • Regularly reviewing your plans can help you spot areas where new plans might be needed or where existing plans could be enhanced for better results.

  • Make it a Regular Habit: Set aside a little time each week or fortnight to review your active plans. Even 15-20 minutes can make a huge difference in keeping you focused and proactive.

  • Connect Plans to Goals: Always think about how each plan contributes to your larger business goals.

  • Use it for Team Meetings: If you have a team, open up relevant plans during your meetings. It’s a fantastic way to ensure everyone is on the same page, understands their roles, and can provide updates directly against the plan.

  • Don't Be Afraid to Adjust: Your business environment is always changing, and your plans should too! Use the "View Plans Guide" as a living document. If something needs tweaking, make a note or jump into the plan's edit mode to update it. Flexibility is key to success.

  • Cross-Reference with Analytics: After reviewing a marketing plan, for example, go to your analytics dashboard to see how your efforts are performing. This helps you understand the impact of your plans in real-time.

  • Celebrate Milestones: When you see a plan progressing well or a milestone achieved, take a moment to celebrate! It keeps the motivation high for you and your team.
