G'day! I'm so glad you're here. My name is [Your Name], and I'm part of the helpful support team at Tourism Accelerator. We're all about making your business shine, and today I want to show you how our fantastic White Label feature can help you do just that!
This guide is going to walk you through how to make your Tourism Accelerator platform truly yours by removing our branding and showcasing your own. It's simpler than you might think, and the results are incredibly powerful for your brand.
Let's get started!
What This Does
Imagine having a powerful platform that helps you manage your bookings, connect with partners, and streamline your operations – but instead of seeing "Tourism Accelerator" everywhere, you see your business name, your logo, and your favourite brand colours. That's exactly what our White Label feature does!
In simple terms, it allows you to customise the look and feel of your Tourism Accelerator platform so it completely reflects your tourism business. This means you can replace our logo with yours, update the colours to match your brand, and essentially make the platform feel like an extension of your own website and marketing materials.
Why is this so great for your business? Well, it strengthens your brand identity and creates a seamless, professional experience for anyone who uses your platform – whether it's your team, your partners, or even your customers if you're using certain features externally. It builds trust, reinforces your unique identity, and ensures every touchpoint with your operations is consistent and unmistakably yours. It's all about putting your brand front and centre!
How to Get There
Don't worry, it's super easy to find! Here’s how you can navigate to the White Label settings:
From your main dashboard, look for the Settings option in the left-hand navigation menu. Go ahead and click on that.
Once you're in the Settings area, you'll see a few different options. Look for Branding & White Label and click on it.
And just like that, you're in! You'll land on a page where all the magic happens to personalise your platform.
Step-by-Step Guide
Now that you're in the right place, let's get your brand shining! Here's a simple, step-by-step guide to customising your platform:
Upload Your Main Logo:
The first thing you'll want to do is replace our logo with yours. Look for the section titled "Platform Logo" or similar.
Click the Upload Logo button.
A window will pop up, allowing you to browse files on your computer. Find your main business logo (a clear, high-resolution PNG or JPG works best!).
Select your logo and click Open or Upload. You'll see a preview of your logo appear on the page.
Add Your Favicon (Browser Icon):
A favicon is that tiny little icon you see in the browser tab next to your website's name. It's a small detail, but it makes a big difference in professional polish!
Look for the "Favicon" section.
Click the Upload Favicon button.
Just like with your main logo, browse your computer to find your favicon file. This is usually a small, square version of your logo, often in .ICO or .PNG format.
Upload it, and you'll see a preview.
Choose Your Brand Colours:
This is where you can really make the platform feel like you! You'll typically have options for a "Primary Colour" and a "Secondary Colour."
Click on the colour picker next to "Primary Colour." A colour palette will appear.
You can either select a colour from the palette, or if you know your exact brand's hex code (e.g., #FF5733), you can type it directly into the input field.
Repeat this for the "Secondary Colour." This secondary colour is often used for accents, buttons, or highlights.
As you change the colours, you might even see a live preview of how they'll look on parts of the platform!
Remove Tourism Accelerator Mentions (If Applicable):
In some white label setups, there might be an option to remove footer links or "Powered by Tourism Accelerator" mentions.
Look for checkboxes or toggles that say something like "Remove TA Footer" or "Hide 'Powered By' link."
If you see them, go ahead and tick the boxes or switch the toggles to "On" to completely remove our branding.
Preview Your Changes:
Before you save, it's a great idea to see how everything looks! Some sections might have a "Preview" button, or you might simply see the changes reflected live on a mock-up of the platform. Take a moment to check that your logo looks good and your colours are just right.
Save Your Changes:
Once you're happy with everything, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the big, friendly Save Changes button.
You might see a little confirmation message saying your branding has been updated successfully!
That's it! You've just transformed your Tourism Accelerator platform into a truly custom, branded experience. How awesome is that?
What You Can Do
With the White Label feature, you're able to:
Replace the Tourism Accelerator logo with your very own company logo across your platform, making it instantly recognisable as yours.
Customise the platform's colour scheme to perfectly match your brand's primary and secondary colours, ensuring visual consistency.
Upload a custom favicon so that when users access your platform, they see your tiny brand icon in their browser tabs.
Remove any "Powered by Tourism Accelerator" mentions from footers or other areas, giving you complete brand autonomy.
Create a fully integrated and professional experience for your team, partners, and clients, strengthening your brand identity at every turn.
Tips to Get the Most Out of This
To really make your platform shine and leverage the White Label feature to its fullest, here are a few friendly tips:
Use High-Quality Assets: Always upload high-resolution versions of your logo and favicon. Blurry images can make your brand look less professional. PNG files with transparent backgrounds are often best for logos!
Stick to Your Brand Guidelines: If you have brand guidelines (a document outlining your logo use, colours, fonts, etc.), refer to them! Consistency is key to a strong brand. Use the exact hex codes for your colours.
Consider Your Audience: Think about who will be using this platform. Will it be your staff, your tour guides, or perhaps B2B partners? Ensure the branding resonates with them and reinforces your business's values.
Test on Different Devices: After you've saved your changes, take a moment to view your platform on different devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) if possible. This helps ensure your branding looks great everywhere.
Keep it Updated: If your business ever rebrands or updates its logo and colours, remember to come back here and update your White Label settings too!
Embrace the Professionalism: This feature isn't just about looks; it's about projecting professionalism and confidence. When your platform looks consistently branded, it shows attention to detail and reinforces your unique identity in the market.
