provides a central hub for viewing and organising all created itineraries. Tourism operators can quickly check the status of each trip, manage their workload, and ensure client satisfaction by having all necessary information readily available. This streamlines operations and enhances the delivery of exceptional experiences.

Accessing this feature

Go to Itineraries

How to use it

  1. After clicking Itineraries in the main menu, you'll see a main table area filled with all your created itineraries.

  2. Each itinerary is listed on its own row, with columns of information providing a quick snapshot of each trip.

  3. You'll typically see:

  • Itinerary Name: The title you've given to the trip (e.g., "Smith Family's Outback Adventure").

  • Client Name: Who this trip is for.

  • Travel Dates: The start and end dates of the itinerary.

  • Status: This indicates where the itinerary is in its lifecycle (e.g., Draft, Sent, Booked, Completed, Cancelled).

  • Last Updated: When the itinerary was last modified.

  • Actions: Icons or buttons that let you quickly view the full itinerary, edit it, or perform other actions.

  1. If you have many itineraries, use the Search bar (usually at the top of the list) to find a specific one. You can type in an itinerary name, client name, or a date range to narrow down your list.

  2. Filter options let you sort your list by things like "Status" (e.g., only show me "Booked" itineraries) or "Client."

  3. To view the full details of any particular itinerary, click on its name or the "View" icon in the "Actions" column for that specific row. This will open the individual itinerary page, where you can see all the day-by-day plans, bookings, and more.

Tips

  • Keep Itinerary Names Clear: Give your itineraries descriptive names (e.g., "Johnson Family – Bali Adventure 2024" instead of just "Bali Trip"). This makes them easier to find later.

  • Update Status Regularly: Make a habit of updating the status of your itineraries as they progress (from "Draft" to "Sent" to "Booked"). This keeps your list accurate and helps you quickly see what needs attention.

  • Use the Search and Filter: If you're looking for something specific, these tools are helpful for cutting down the time it takes to find it.

  • Review Your List Often: Take a few minutes each day or week to quickly scan your itinerary list. It's a good way to stay on top of upcoming bookings, identify any overdue actions, and plan your time.

  • Check Travel Dates: Pay attention to the travel dates column. This is essential for managing your calendar and ensuring you're prepared for your clients' adventures.

  • Teach Your Team: If you have a team, make sure everyone knows how to use this feature. Consistency will boost efficiency.
