The Reports Dashboard provides a visual overview of your business performance. It consolidates data from your tours, experiences, and bookings into charts and tables, allowing you to identify popular offerings and peak seasons to optimise marketing and staffing.

Accessing this feature

Go to Reports in the main navigation menu.

How to use it

  1. Go to Reports in the main navigation menu.

  2. Browse the available report types.

  3. To view a specific report, click on the report name.

  4. Available timeframes include:

  • Last 7 Days

  • Last 30 Days

  • This Month

  • Last Month

  • This Quarter

  • Last Quarter

  • This Year

  • Last Year

  • The Custom Range option allows you to select specific start and end dates.

  1. Select the desired timeframe.

  2. After selecting the date range and other options, click Apply Filters to update the report.

  3. The report displays the data based on your selections. Review the information.

  4. To save a copy, click the Export or Download button (usually in the top right corner) and choose a format like CSV or PDF.

Tips

  • Track booking volume over different periods (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) to identify peak periods.

  • Monitor revenue, average booking value, and cancellations to assess financial performance.

  • Identify popular experiences to inform marketing strategies and potential expansion.

  • Understand guest behaviour (origin, booking preferences, service interaction) to tailor offerings.

  • Identify peak seasons to plan staffing, marketing campaigns, and promotions.
