Tips
Export your time data weekly or monthly to keep your insights fresh.
Compare different weeks, months, or seasons to identify changes and trends.
Use filters in your spreadsheet to drill down into specific areas by team member, project, date, or task type.
Encourage accurate tracking by reminding your team about the importance of logging their time consistently.
Look for trends, not just numbers, and ask yourself why certain numbers are appearing.
