The AI Assistant helps you brainstorm ideas, draft content, and answer questions. This feature saves tourism operators time and sparks new ideas by providing helpful suggestions, drafts, and answers for writing and brainstorming tasks.
Accessing this feature
Log in to Tourism Accelerator Launchpad.
Go to the AI Assistant in the navigation menu. This takes you to the chat interface.
How to use it
A text box at the bottom of the window prompts you to type your message.
Type your questions or requests in this text box. For example: "Give me five social media post ideas for our new hiking tour," or "Draft a short email to welcome new newsletter subscribers."
Press Enter or click the Send button next to the text box.
The AI Assistant's response appears in the chat window. It provides suggestions, drafted text, or answers to your questions.
Type another message to refine the answer. For example: "Make that social media post more exciting," or "Shorten that email to 50 words."
Tips
Provide detailed information for better results. For example, instead of "Write a social media post," try "Write a fun Instagram post about our new kayaking tour, including a call to action to book via the link in bio."
Provide context about your business, target audience, or the goal of your request. For example, "We run eco-friendly tours. Draft a short paragraph for our website about our commitment to sustainability."
Start with a broad request and then refine or expand on the answer.
Experiment with different questions and requests.
Review the AI Assistant's suggestions.
Tweak the suggestions to match your brand.
Avoid sharing private or confidential business or customer information.
