How to use it

  1. Choose Your Content Type: On the Content Generator page, select a content type from the "Select Content Type" dropdown menu.

  2. Tell the AI What You Need: In the text box, describe the content you want to create. Be clear and specific. For example: "Write a short, exciting social media post about our new 'Sunset Kayak Adventure' tour. Mention beautiful views, wildlife, and a delicious local snack at the end."

  3. Add Any Extra Details (Optional): If available, use the "Keywords" or "Tone" fields. "Keywords" could be "kayaking," "sunset," "wildlife," "adventure." "Tone" could be "enthusiastic," "relaxed," "informative," "playful."

  4. Click Generate Content: The system will generate content.

  5. Review and Refine: Read the generated content carefully. Does it reflect your business? Does it capture your unique voice? Edit and personalise the content. If you are not satisfied, adjust your instructions in Step 2 and click Generate Content again.

  6. Copy and Use: Copy the content and paste it where needed.

Tips

  • Be Specific with Your Prompts: The more detail you provide, the better the results. Instead of "Write about a tour," try "Write an enthusiastic social media post for Instagram about our 3-day 'Outback Explorer' tour. Focus on stargazing, ancient landscapes, and delicious campfire meals. Include relevant hashtags."

  • Use Keywords: Include words your customers might use to search for you in your prompts.

  • Experiment with Tone: Try different tones like 'adventurous,' 'relaxing,' 'luxurious,' or 'family-friendly' to see what works best for your brand.

  • Use it as a Starting Point: The AI is a helpful assistant, but your unique voice is important. Always review, edit, and personalise the generated content to ensure it truly reflects your business and brand.

  • Personalise the content.

  • Verify any facts, figures, or specific details.

  • If you are not satisfied with the first output, try generating it again with slightly different instructions, or just click Generate again. Generating multiple versions can provide the desired result.

  • Consider your audience. Tailor your prompts to generate content that will resonate with your ideal customer.
