How to use it

Connecting an Integration

  1. On the Integration Settings page, you'll see a list of available services you can connect with. Each one will usually have a little description of what it does. Find the service you want to connect (for example, "Booking System X" or "Marketing Tool Y") and click the Connect button next to its name.

  2. This step grants permission for Tourism Accelerator and the other service to share data. You may be redirected to the service's website. Log in using your credentials for that service.

  3. A message may appear asking you to authorise Tourism Accelerator to access your information. Read the message and click Authorise or Allow Access.

  4. After authorisation, you may be redirected back to Tourism Accelerator to configure settings.

  5. You might choose specific data to share (e.g., sync customer details or send new bookings) or select a specific booking calendar to connect. Choose the options that best suit your business needs. You can adjust these settings later.

  6. After configuring settings, click Save or Activate to finalise the connection. A confirmation message will appear.

  • Test the integration after connecting. Create a test booking to verify data flow into Tourism Accelerator.

  • Review integration settings periodically as your business evolves.

  • Connect to reputable services only. Our platform supports trusted integrations to protect your data.

  • Consider how integrations can improve the guest experience, from booking to post-experience follow-up.
